My path to beauty began in medical school, where I earned a bachelor's degree. That training is why safety, hygiene, and precision come first in everything I do.
I was born and raised in Russia and moved to the United States in 2012. I also hold two master's degrees, in language teaching and in human resources.
Meet Olga, founder of FB
After my son was born in 2016, I realized my true passion: helping people look and feel their best. I've been doing permanent makeup since 2017, and I've created over 1,000 brows, eyeliners, and lips.
I opened my first studio in a small office in 2018. As Flirt Beauty grew, in May 2020 (in the middle of pandemic) we moved into our beautiful, spacious salon in Towson. Today our talented team offers permanent makeup, LED lash extensions, brow shaping/styling services, Russian manicure, and other nail services, bridal and event makeup and hair services. We’ve built a gorgeous sauna and a Spa room. While in there, you absolutely forget that you’re in the center of a busy town.
This work is my passion, and I wouldn't want to do anything else.
